Pharmacy Flu Vouchers are a great solution that allow you to include staff members who are unavailable during the onsite program, work remotely or for sites that may be too small to justify an onsite clinic. AVS has an online portal to simplify the process for your employees to access a voucher to receive an influenza vaccination at one of our partnering Pharmacies in Australia and New Zealand. Vouchers can be used on their own or in conjunction with an onsite program.
Australia
Your staff will have access to 1200+ Pharmacy Flu Vaccination locations in Australia through our partnerships with major Pharmacy Chains. All vouchers issued will be invoiced in one single invoice, so no need for individual employee reimbursements, reducing the workload for staff, authorising managers and your finance team.
New Zealand
In New Zealand, AVS partners with Greencross Health, with a network of around 330 Unichem and Life Pharmacies throughout New Zealand, covering both the North and South Island and Chemist Warehouse in Auckland.
Why use Pharmacy Flu Vouchers?
It can be hard to get everyone in one location at the same time to receive the flu jab. Staff may be travelling, work on client sites, on the road, from home or at small remote sites. Flu Vouchers are a great solution that allow you to offer the flu shot to staff members who are unavailable for an onsite program, utilising an 1,200+ nation-wide network of Pharmacy locations.
Vouchers can be used on their own or in conjunction with an onsite program.
AVS will invoice you direct for the vouchers, so no need for individual employee reimbursements, reducing the workload for staff, authorising managers and the finance team.
Online Flu Voucher Portal
If you would like to offer your staff Pharmacy Flu Vouchers, either as part of an onsite clinic or stand alone, AVS will issue you with a link you can forward to staff. Booking is easy: The link provides access to the online portal, on a computer or phone, where staff can see all participating Pharmacies at the location convenient to them, select their Pharmacy chain, and have the voucher emailed to them instantly.
AVS can put controls in place to limit the number of vouchers each staff member can request and/or which email address they can use to order the voucher (work and/or private emails, portfolio brand emails etc.).
AVS can further add custom questions to the Flu Voucher Portal to capture additional employee information for reporting purposes, as well as provide information on which employees have requested a voucher and which have redeemed their voucher (subject to Pharmacy data provision timings).
