How the Employee Flu Vaccination Program Works
The AVS project management team is here to help you with the implementation of an employee flu vaccination program in 4 easy steps. We will work with you to determine if there are any unique considerations to take into account whilst planning the project, and also have helpful systems and tools we offer you to reduce the site coordinator workload.

1. Quote
Contact AVS for a quote (request a quote online form available) and easily confirm acceptance of our proposal by completing the Proposal Acceptance Form
If you prefer to talk to someone, call 1800 358 822

2. Scheduling
AVS will schedule your onsite clinic(s) and email you dates and times for approval. Once confirmed, you will receive a link to your online booking system (or manual booking forms if an online system is not suitable). We help you promote the event by providing marketing materials, email templates and FAQ’s documents.

3. Clinic
On the day(s) of your onsite clinic(s) the immunisation nurse will arrive 10-15 minutes prior to start to set up the room. The nurse will stay for another 15 minutes after the last vaccination in case of an adverse reaction.
Our nurses vaccinate on average 8 people in 15 minutes

4. Completion
Upon completion of your clinic(s) we will send you a final invoice along with any additional documentation that you may require, for example attendance lists. We also have a variety of payment options.
We can issue one or multiple invoices, e.g. by site
